Looking at priceline express deals for detroit
The hotel I'm looking at is 3.5 stars
Downtown Detroit zone
dates are 9/28/19 - 9/30/19
Rate is $106 per night
Amenities are:
Free internet in public areas
fitness center
business center
free internet access
no smoking rooms/facilities
handicapped rooms facilities
restaurant
Looking through the list on this site, the absence of a pool here is throwing me off...the ones that match these amenities all have a pool listed, and this one doesn't. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks much!

Hello and thanks for your reply. I continue to have no issues clicking through to booking on this hotel. I have done this on 2 computers...both macs. an I mac, and a macbook pro. Both computers are using the current version of Google Chrome. I just tried with Safari as well, and was again able to click all the way through to booking.
Thank you for your info on the possible motor city casino...I'm booking this for my wife and friends, and they are not interested in a casino atmosphere for their visit if possible. One of her friends got a rack rate quote from Crowne plaza for around 650 for one room, 2 queens. At that point I said "I think I can do better". When I noticed the $106 for a 3.5*, I figured I could get the ladies two rooms for less than what Crowne plaza quoted them for one.
A couple of other tidbits that may help here...when I've loaded the booking page, priceline has had a message that said "Someone else just booked this room for $299" and this morning I saw the same blurb but this time it said $294
Also...I just noticed this (not an amenity, but a policy that may help ID) It says Kids stay free, but the specifically states, "1 child under 18 years stays free of charge when using existing beds" ... I noticed that a number of other hotels had kid policies, but they didn't match the "1 child" clarification.
In terms of "something in particular" I usually try for 3.5* or better, boutique if possible but not required. Wife and friends are late 50s early 60s...not looking to paint the town or be in a party hotel.
Thanks again for your assistance.
