  1. Unfortunately I wasn't able to nab the $194 Empire State Building area deal in time. I hopped over to HOTWIRE and booked a 4.5* Times Square Area for $198....turned out to be the Westin Times Square. There is a resort fee due, bringing it up to about $227/night which I'm still happy with.
  2. Thank you Aaron! Have you had any experiences with the guessed hotels? Do you see any potential issues with staying in Times Square? I imagine the noise would be an issue??? This will be our second trip to New York. We saw the majority of "tourist" sites the first time around, and just want to experience what NY has to offer during Christmas. It'll be a shorter trip than our first, so we want to maximize our time there. Would you suggest any other areas to stay in besides the ones you listed? I'd like to rule out the Madison Square Garden area, as we got a PRICELINE EXPRESS Deal for our first trip and landed the Wyndham New Yorker....it served its purpose, but would prefer not to stay there again. When I view the current Express Deal listing for Madison Square Garden area, it says "Hint: You've stayed here before."
  3. Hi everyone! My wife and I have set aside December 1–4 for a trip to New York. Our preference would be a 4* hotel in the vicinity of Rockefeller Center for under $250/night. We're definitely not tied down to that and are open to suggestions! Thank you in advance!
