Ok, following up but I do indeed think it is the Swan. I was very interested in this same deal! It is kind of misleading because it does not show any resort fee. (Is that allowed?) It also shows the Swan as sold out if you try and book it non-express deals.
Could this be Grand Floridian? Rooms are going for $437 a night for those dates which would make the $233 price around 44% off or more?

I booked Boardwalk Inn through PRICELINE EXPRESS for 7/27-7/30 and it had exactly those detail at $184 a night.
