I feel like they purposely extend the "downtown area" very far north of downtown, so they can include some cheap hotels int he region. Judging by the price of express compared to the 3 stars in the north area and the real downtown area, you are almost certain to get these much cheaper places in the north. Anyone try the 3 start express recently? I am so reluctant to go through with it.
