Thanks, been lurking for damn near a decade but was just flummoxed by the hotels offered this time around! :)

My queries have been for 3 adults 1 child, maybe that changes available inventory (along with the rates)?

Hotel 1, 4* $236/night:

Resort, Smoke-free rooms, Fitness center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Business center, Self-service laundry, Internet access, Golf nearby, Accessible for visually impaired, Accessible for hearing impaired, Accessible path of travel, In-room accessibility, Wheelchair accessible, Accessible bathroom, Accessible parking, Roll-in shower

I'm looking at the hotel lists on betterbidding and usually a beachfront/near beach tag lets me know which one I'm looking at and this one doesn't even have a beach amenity listed, which is weird.  With all the accessibility amenities listed, I'm guessing this is either the Hilton Waikiki or the Hyatt Regency?

Hotel 2, 4* $244/night:

Near beach, Smoke-free rooms, Fitness center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Business center, Self-service laundry, Internet access, Golf nearby, Spa services, Children's activities, Accessible for visually impaired, Accessible for hearing impaired, Accessible path of travel, In-room accessibility, Accessible bathroom, Accessible parking, Roll-in shower

This is nearly identical to the first hotel listed other than it's also listed as near the beach.  Again, thinking it's either Hilton or Hyatt.
