Budget could only be raised slightly - I've seen deals elsewhere that hover around $320 for the two nights in the Rittenhouse Square area so that's always an option. But I don't think I'd lower my star request.

I’ve bid up to $120/night (which with taxes puts me at the threshold for spending), in the zones I’ve mentioned above, at 3*+. is it worth waiting to hope the prices drop or is that not a thing? thanks for the early birthday! Haha

Star rating can be anything above 3 The main Center City Zones, Rittenhouse Square, and Historic District. -10/27/2017-10/29/2017 It is for my birthday so I'm hoping not to spend more than $320 for the entire weekend. I've tried bidding but we decided last minute to go away and prices are so high (for a college kid like me anyway). Any help would be appreciated!
