Well, I'm starting to think I'm being unreasonable. We would need it to be around $200 total for two nights and would want at least a 3.5 star. We've booked 3 stars before and were extremely disappointed.

Date arriving will be determined on hotel price. I'm looking at 3.5 and 4 star hotels in Orlando. Would LOVE to find a Disney resort, but the 4 star I posted earlier ended up with almost the same amount of fees tacked on as what the rate was.
