As I went to proceed with the 5 star the resort fees were pretty high so went with the 4.5 star. I booked the 4.5 star using the HOTWIRE Coupon link for more savings and got... Westin Time Square, as you guessed! I am pretty happy with that!

Preferable to be no more than $260 range including all taxes and fees. No less than 4 star.
