Thank you for your guess! This hotel is not a good choice, by reviews given in the major websites - So I decided not to take this offer. Would you suggest any other offers for this area (or near) for these dates, in this price range (can go up by 20$/30$)? We are a couple, and it's my first time in NYC. going to visit all the major touristy attractions. Thanks! Ben
