I justed booked the Hayes Street Hotel. I had an inkling that was the correct hotel, so I am happy with it

 It is a new hotel, so not currently on the list. When I booked it is was $132/nt and 3.5 stars. Listed below are all the amenities (same for better bidder and hotwire):

I won the Hampton Inn and Suites San Juan from Hotwire. I was expecting this hotel and very happy with it.  It was labeled as a 3-star New to Hotwire Hotel. At the time I booked it the price was $87 and the main page said the resort fee is $18, but when I got to the booking page it showed it actually being $15.66.  It also showed 90% recommended, 4.5 rating and 1501-2000 reviews on TripAdvisor.
