Unfortunately prices and the number of options have changed since my first post. FYI Liked the idea of the Honua Kai Resort and Spa until I read this on the hotel website: *ADVISORY* 9/18/17 - 11/18/17: The Aquatic Playground (Family Pool), Lazy Pool and Quiet Pool will be closed for enhancements to improve both appearance and safety, to create a better overall experience for our guests. *The Hokulani Infinity Pool, Spa and all other resort amenities will still be open for guest enjoyment during this time. Work will take place Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. While work is underway, resort management will make every effort to minimize noise and disturbance.

Clicked through this site to HOTWIRE and went for the "North Strip - Fashion Show Mall on HOTWIRE for $149.00". Which turned out to be, as you guessed, Encore! This is great as my wife was planning to use the Wynn/Encore spa regardless of where we stayed. Thanks for your assistance and for the service you provide here.

Thanks for the prompt reply. Only my wife and I will be traveling. We have been to Vegas before, but only for a short stay so you could consider us novices. We will mainly be going to shows and wonder through shops and different hotels with a little gambling mixed in. My wife is also planning a spa day. I was going to book a room at the Venetian for $215/night (before taxes and fees) before doing some research so I would list that as my maximum price/night. Thanks for you assistance.
