I just booked a PRICELINE EXPRESS Deal in "Waialae - Kahala" and it is The Kahala Hotel and Resort. I ended up being able to book a Beachfront Lanai room for $806.54/night (after taxes & fees). If you book it directly without Express Deals or bidding, the price is $1,028.40/night (after taxes & fees). A pretty good discount ($221.86 off per night)!
