Date May 1 for one night, put in for a 4 star property. Smoke Free Rooms, Fitness Center, Restaurant(s), Business Center, High-Speed Internet Access. I thought it might be the Bonaventure. But no, the Sheraton. $85 plus fees
Just got off the phone with Hotwire. This hotel is rated 4 at Travelocity and Orbitz and 3.5 at Expedia and TripAdvisor. They will not cancel or change my purchase because I have not stayed previously at this property and therefore cannot make a determination if it is a 4 star hotel. The rep told me I can call Hotwire when I arrive and look at the hotel room. I am to call the 866-Hotwire number and complain at check in--fun. Really disappointed in this purchase--I have used HOTWIRE for hotels and car rentals and have always been please with the purchase.
Just used Hotwire to buy (using the HOTWIRE link here) a stay in downtown LA. 4 Star 85.00 it turns out to be the Sheraton Los Angeles Rated 3.5 on Trip Advisor Beware!! I am really disappointed. Does anyone know if I can challenge this purchase?
We attend Angels games quite often and have always stayed in the Hilton Suites across from the stadium but our visit last month we stayed in the Marriott Townplace which is also across the street from the stadium. It is not as fancy as the Hilton but it was clean and safe and quite adequate and we will stay there again.
