These were all included.  The hotel is a non-smoking facility.

Value wise, it was definitely worth it.

Total for 4 rooms: $240.24

Avg. price for each room, incl all taxes: $60

Room included 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa. Studio suite.

Hotel lobby is modern and located in a nice area, by the Arundel mall. Room was okay, standard, bathroom a bit dated. Rooms were quite clean. Breakfast is okay, nothing bad, nothing great, pretty much standard.
