I am planning a small getaway in Ithaca NY 10/13/16-10/15/16. I want a downtown hotel that is nice 3 plus stars if possible. Breakfast in am. Just don't want somewhere to sleep I want to feel like it is a retreat. Everything I look at is $200 plus a night. I am curious on what and when I should be bidding.
