Just tried looking up San Diego for 7-10 April and I'm curious about a 3* for Coronado coming up for $179. Amenities are Near Beach, Restaurants, Pool, and Laundry Facilities. Any ideas? I don't see any 3* listed for Coronado. Any chance it's a 4* that's been downgraded?

Not sure if it's too far away yet but I like some help for San Diego for April 2-10. I'd like to stay Downtown, preferably. If not, Old Town area would be acceptable. I would rather spend my money on restaurants and sightseeing than a hotel/motel, but there are certain places I'd rather not stay (IE ExtendedStay). Also, I can book the Super 8 Bayview in Little italy for $65/night, so I'd like to stay under this unless it's like the Hotel del Coronado for $80/night. Then again, I'd bid in Coronado if I knew I could get ANY hotel there for this price! Is this too many nights or too far away? Help is appreciated.

Just booked one night at the Sheraton Centre in downtown Toronto. I had a fantastic stay there last April (for $72/night) and decided to try again for our honeymoon. Very happy we got the Sheraton again. Interestingly enough, although the bid was $3 lower and GST is now 1% lower than in April, it still cost me $2 MORE than in april due to fees and taxes. Anyway, here's the bid history: $55- 4* DT $58- 4*DT + Brampton $60 - +Don Valley $62 - +Markham $63 - +Mississauga $66 - +Oakville $68 - +Scarberia and Pickerfling $69 - +Toronto Airport...ACCEPTED!
