Hello I have successfully booked the following hotel: A friend of mine also went through the same path and ended up with the same hotel. You are right, based on the dates and area and reviews, this is the best option out there, all things considered.

I went to book it but the price has gone up to $190 USD for the same property as far as I can tell 😞 If I will end up paying a higher price, should I be looking at other properties (perhaps on Priceline as well)? Thanks for the input.

Hello I wasn't sure how to close off the other topic. My plans and dates are firm for both Toronto and Niagara Falls, but I was able to use a family member's place in Toronto and will not be needing to book any hotels. I don't have that option for Niagara Falls, so I definitely need a hotel for those dates.

Hello, looking at some central options for Niagara Falls Ontario. Budget is up to $250 CAD for one night. I want to be central so I am looking at Fallsview or Clifton Hills. Should I be looking elsewhere in terms of neighbourhoods?

Hello Looking for a 1 night stay in Toronto for August 31st to September 1st. I don't have a lot of time in the city so I prefer to be central. I am looking at the following areas: Downtown Toronto North - Yorkville Downtown Toronto Southeast - Union Station and St. Lawrence Market Downtown Toronto Southwest - Entertainment and Financial Districts Looking for something clean with decent ratings. I don't particularly care too much about amenities like a pool and whatnot. Breakfast included is a bonus, but not required. I will be driving in so I am not worried about public transportation accessibility. Any tips on what I should look for or which area I should look for specifically? Just booked the 4.5* in MSG using the link above. I got the Even hotel, as predicted. Thank you so much for the help! Is there another place or some sort of form that I can fill out where I can put all the details of the Express deal and the result?

How is the MSG area? That is the only thing I am not sure about...is it safe?

I couldn't edit my last post above, but it looks like the Times Square hotel has a revised price of $109. So the findings are: * Central Park South - 3.5* - Business Center and Fitness Center for $132 * Times Square Theatre District - 3* - Business Center and Fitness Center and Restaurant for $109 Based on the list of hotels here, I am guessing the Times Square one is the TRYP but I am not sure. I have no experience with this so this is simply a guess. There is no review score in there unfortunately. Any comments on the potential areas of both of those?

Staying close enough is important, but doesn't have to be in the same exact building. Perhaps a 20 min walk? What do you think?

Thanks for the link. That same hotel was placed in the Times Square North category on HOTWIRE. Do those two regions mean the same thing? Any other areas i should be looking into or is that are a very good one and do you think that that price is good for the location and dates?

Hello I've been reading through the forums and hotel lists and I have seen some great deals pop up here. Hoping for a similar outcome for my trip and recommendations on areas. I will be traveling with an infant, so it is important for the area to be safe/nice/clean. The dates are August 12 to August 15, and I would like to keep the rate below $170 all in per night (the cheaper the better, of course). I don't care too much about facilities within the hotel, but it has to be rated well (i.e. not dirty, etc.) and has to have WiFi, as I will likely need to work for a few hours. I am guessing 3 or 3.5* can achieve that (not sure, need your input for that)... In terms of which areas, as I said, I am not sure where exactly. However, we are going with another group that are staying at the Wellington Hotel near Times Square. We would like to be within walking distance to the Wellington Hotel. That group managed to get The Wellington on HOTWIRE for $130 + taxes and fees. On a side note, not sure if I should post a topic like this here or on the sub forums for Priceline/Hotwire...I don't really care which of the sites I use for the blind hotels or the bids, so I created the topic here. Apologies if this isn't the place and I will gladly create topics in the appropriate forums if need be.
