I am never buy anything using Priceline.com, however I would like to try a flight on August 2016. My only concerned is that I need to arrive before 1 pm at August 17th. I read that they guarantee the arrival earlier than 12:30am, but I would like to know if there is any possibility of the system give me a flight with more connections and arriving later that that.
