First, tried $80 for 2.5* at Santa Barbara & Goleta. Rejected. And I found out there are not many winning bids in Santa Barbara area with my budget. So changed to City Ventura,CA. about 30 miles south of Santa Barbara, CA. $50 for 3* at Vetura. Rejected. Then, I offered $56 and added 2.5* at Ventura area. Accepted. Hope it helps. :)

But $33 for 2* was not accepted at Milpitas and Sunnyvale . Then I added San Jose and increase my bid to $35 and finally it worked. :)
