Yes, accepting any hotel for the rated star category is fine. I have used Priceline bidding before. This site seems to help people to strategically bid. I am usually just guessing blindly.

I would like a 4-star + rating NYC - Empire State Building area . Rockefeller Center - Bryant Park . Madison Sqaure Garden . Upper East . Upper West . Madison West - Hell's Kitchen . Madison Suare Garden Sept 17 - 20 Trying to stay for $200/night, but limit is $250/night Amenities - free wifi. Just a nice room in a nice area. Would like a higher guest rated hotel.
