  1. Thank you!! Booked for a rate of $97/night in Warehouse and got the Hotel Modern just as you guessed. This works well for me to be within walking distance of convention center. I used your HOTWIRE link to book. Thank you for your help!

  3. I am trying to find a good hotel deal for a last minute decision to attend a conference at the convention center. I am considering locations in the Warehouse district, downtown-superdome, and French quarter. Of course, close to the convention center would be a plus. Three "hotrate" hotel deals on hotwire have caught my eye: -$150/night. 90% recommend. 3.5 star in Downtown-superdome. Free breakfast, free internet. Business center, fitness center, pool(s), restaurant(s), self-service, laundry, and smoke-free rooms. -$108/night. 60% recommend. 3.5 star in warehouse district. Free breakfast, free internet. Pet friendly, boutique hotel, smoke-free rooms, fitness center, golf nearby -$144/night. 70% recommend. 3.5 star in French Quarter- Bourbon Street area. Free internet, boutique hotel, fitness center, pool(s), restaurant(s), business center, golf nearby. Any ideas on which hotels these might be? Thank you in advance!
  4. Hello, Thank you very much for your feedback. Unfortunately, the prices on the express deals went up last night while I was watching them and then I entered my 48 hour no cancellation policy on my backup hotel. So it looks like I will be sticking with the Doubletree, but I frequently visit New York and will try again next time. Thank you again for your feedback!
  5. Hello, I am traveling to New York 6/10-6/12/16. I need 1 hotel room. Currently I have a backup of the Double Tree Metropolitan booked at a rate of 197/night. I am attempting to find something in a relatively similar location but at a better rate. The Double Tree Metropolitan was my selection for a backup for its proximity to grand central station, subway stop, and restaurants. I am willing to consider Rockefeller Center, Grand Central, or if there is another Midtown East Hotel near the subway stop (I know many of the midtown east hotels are not near subway). I am hoping for a 3-4 star in the $120-150 price range. I would prefer somewhere with free wifi merely for helping to plan activities, but for a good deal could work around this. I am open to bidding on a hotel, but came across the below express deals which seem to be good and am looking for helping ID’ing the hotels. For Priceline Express I am seeing Grand Central Terminal: 4-star express, 7/10 guest rating, business center, fitness center, $128/night. Also, on Priceline Express, I see Rockefeller Center-Bryant park Area: 4 star express deal, pet friendly, business center, and restaurant, free wifi, nonsmoking, $134/night.
