After the first night at Wyndam (where they put us in the wrong room), I asked immediately if they had us in King/Non-Smoking as I had requested. They didn't - tried to give me the "Priceline - you get what Priceline gives you" story. I told him I called his hotel directly (talking with the Manager now), and confirmed a King/Non-Smoking. After he, Lee Washington, told me they were full, I stood my ground. He didn't speak to me anymore, but he punched a bunch of keys, and we ended up in King/Non-Smoking with a bit of a view of the lake as well as New Orleans. (and a nice warm cookie!!)

Nice enough, but get names when you call to make request. This hotel said they didn't have our request of King/non-smoking. (They ended up giving me one because of my insistance, but they try to make it sound like because you book with Priceline, you don't get to make requests. I have complained to Priceline about this before.)

When we couldn't get three nights together, I tried two. When that failed (They had a New Orleans Saints game on Sunday - a basketball game on Saturday), I got one. That is how we ended up in three different hotels. With that last day, we figured we would be flying out, so we might as well book by the airport. It made for a nice leisurely morning before having to fly out. New Orleans was a fun town!!

Great place, directly across the street from Airports - didn't hear noise. We got exactly what we asked for with no hassles (like we did with DoubleTree Lakeside, and Wyndham, Metairie - If you call ahead to make requests, ie. King non-smoking, get the name of who you talked with as both places tried to put us in Doubles, smoking saying they don't show that requests were made!!).

Priceline. Could have gotten 3* for less if I had checked your website first. At this price point, got picked up by Hilton. Let you know how it is when I return.

Couldn't get three nights consecutively, so I am hotel hopping. Let you know about it when I get back.

Rejected at $49. Couldn't get all my nites at one hotel so i split the bids and will be hotel hopping. Will let you know more when I get back.
