I just booked this. Price went down from when I checked around 2pm CDT from around $80 to this. There's a note that gives this hotel away in addition to the amenities:
This hotel typically charges guests a resort fee of about 4% per room per night.
Reviews indicate parking is $12 but there's supposedly free parking in the ICBC parkade after 6pm and on weekends. Tripadvisor reviews indicate a few have taken advantage of this on the weekends.
I feel like this is a phenomenal deal considering the list price is $130something and hotwire is asking $82 & $85 for 2* (one of which is the North Vancouver Hotel).
