Thank you very much for all your help Aaron. We ended up booking the 1st one. 4* Navy Pier-Millenium Park hotel and you were correct it was Hard Rock Hotel ... YAY I'm happy with that as we were looking to book that hotel :) Thank u so much on the Wisconsin info too, so much to read and look at. So exciting. This info is great. Thanks Aaron :) We will look to stay somewhere near Union station then if you think cab fare will be quite high. Chicago Riverwalk area is nice. We are only in Chicago for a quick visit (2 nights) Arrive 29/8 at 5am on the red eye flights then leaving 8am on train 31/8 Any help or feedback would be great. We plan to do dinner out both nights and one day on the hop on hop off bus to all the sites :) Lake Geneva looks gorgeous. We planned to get train from Chicago to Milwaukee then hire a car from there - 3 days we have. Headed to Green Bay - my man is a big NFL Packers fan (we are from Aus) Other option is we catch a train/bus back to O'hare Airport and hire a car from there to drive to Milwaukee/Green Bay. We fly out of Milwaukee 2nd Sept.

Hi Aaron, thanks so much for the EASY VIEW TAB suggestion. I didn't understand it before reading other posts, but now i do :) I can't find anything more for the 2 hotels above. But overtime i go in and look the 3.5 star hotel changes it name (eg. Welcoming 3.5 star, Choice 3.5 star, Quality 3.5) I only chose the Loop area for us as we are catching the train to head to Milwaukee early one morning. I guess a Taxi could get me there just as fast? What is your suggestion for most central part to stay in Chicago? I also love Wyndham Grand Riverfront rooms :) Thank you for replying
