I had two rooms from a priceline win last month. Think it was blocked in the 'annex', when I informed that one guest could not walk long distances at check-in she just found 2 rooms together on 5th floor of main building. I do not really think the annex is a standard difference, but just a distance factor. I did not see the tunnel people talk about, but think annex has seperate entrance and is in the center of an area that has restaurants, movie theater and shops. Actually puts you 200 meters closer to the city and not having to walk the entire lobby to get to elevator every time. The hotel was fine.

Went ahead and grabbed this as rates are coming in high for just the dates I need. Need one more night and will keep trying, but went to $130 for four star and 100 for 3,5 and no luck. This hotel showed business center and 7+ rating...even though the hotel had a 8.6 in reality. Probably this hotel on Express deal for $91 and showing 8+ rating, business, restaurant and fitness there.

Guessed correctly and got this hotel. Liked it as could book a triple and save need for two rooms. Room was perfect with one bed in seperate nook and other two in main room. Great option for triple. Hotel had already blocked this room for a hotwire booking, they invited to welcome drink on arrival for all guests, they gave a voucher for free salad with meal in the attached steak house. This was the night of the European Soccer championship so think lobby bar much busier than usual as staff were little streched, but managed well. As Copenhagen is a one zone city went with Hotwire. Can take taxi just short ride to train that goes to airport and Sweden right from Cruise Ship to Hotel, as it is the stop just prior to airport. Only 4 stops, so went ahead and booked here as have early flight next day. If you are 2 adults and 2 children then Hotwire would probably be advised as you would gaurantee proper bedding. It is very typical with rooms with 2 twin beds in Italy and not 2 double beds. With the current great exchange rate I think you can get the Novotel with King w sofa and breakfast included for just $94 on their own website though. Good luck.

I am guessing this one is the Novotel as the Sheraton does not have free parking. This hotel may not be showing any longer. The hotel showing now when I checked offers free breakfast and I would think this is the Cardano as it also shows a 4.5 tripadvisor.

I would guess the Antares Hotel Accademia or one of the Starhotels at that rate. I know these hotels use other opaque distribution like priceline or lastminute.com

That hotel is showing a 4.5 tripadvisor rating and could be any of eight hotels in central Florence. If that was showing for the dates I need, I would grab it imediately. It can not get that level of rating easily in Florence and all the hotels coming up have over 200 reviews at 4.5. I have noticed in both Florence and Venice that I get better inventory with 2 rooms selected as is the case here. This hotel does not come up with one room selected.

This may be The Westin Hotel Europa & Regina. I am getting a 4 rating on TripAdvisor for this one and that would seem to match. I stayed at this hotel for Carnival and it was quite ok. I booked using another opaque site in Europe and thought it might be the Danieli, as this one could be, but found it was not. The Hilton and the Excelsior are other posibilites, but have pools and the icon is not showing now, but that could be just a varried entry. You basically have those four five star hotels with 4 ratings on trip-advisor. I actullay prefered the location of the Westin, although a little tricky finding it the first time it is just one block from St. Marks. They do have a private water taxi entrance though. Another thing was that they have several buildings all connected together and you really go through a maze getting to some rooms, even having to change elevators and then go up and down stairs. Majority of rooms are therefore interior but the hotel has a great terrace on front and breakfast room right on the grand canal. (of course, not sure this is correct hotel.)

While I know the risk of booking opaque I like that information is consistant at least. Was dissapointed this had not been identified with so many previous inquiries. As I need rooms on several occasions for multiple rooms and the Residence Inn would have worked great for those. I decided to test it for this one night stay with early departure from DCA. This hotel showed a 95% Hotwire satisfaction rate when I booked at $73 last week along with the 4.5 tripadvisor rating. Now I see they have changed text to "we are still gathering reviews for this propertyl" while showing a $81 rate with the same 4.5 rating from tripadvisor showing.

Most likely the Hotel Royal Plaza. It shows a 3.5 trip advisor when you click to the puirchase page. If that is the case it is not a good deal as you can find that hotel elsewhere for $261 to $273 single or around $315 double. Looks like $307.50 on Hotwire.

I would guess NH Zurich Airport with the tripadvisor rating of 3,5 and they have a free shuttle. Not a great location.
