Seems good - about $100/day cheaper than booking direct. I've stayed here before - great place. Just a note to other Canadians - historically priceline has been a better deal than hotwire, if you have the time to bid a lot. But today with the dollar fallen so far, it's very little difference.

Ok noted, in the future I will state in USD. Just a note - prices on hotwire are always given to Canadians in CAD, so I would not know what the USD price would be. This means to put in USD, I would do a conversion. No problem, as long as you are aware that this may not be the exact number that an American would see viewing the same hotel from the US.

Would you prefer all prices be in USD? I usually put the Canadian price, I see this one has been changed. I should add my previous 2 review of Banff Caribou lodge and Calgary International are both in CAD.

Not 100% of whether you want downtown or downtown Calgary east for area. Adjust as you see fit.

I note that my area entry was changed from 'downtown east' to 'downtown'. Just FYI Hotwire has two zones for downtown - east and west. I believe this is a new change.

Was about $20 less per night vs just booking through regular website PS I'm not 100% sure how this works, first time posting. The above are the amenities listed on my confirmation email. Today I cannot find these same amenities while searching hotwire banff 3*. Perhaps this means this hotel is no longer sold through hotwire this week. I note there are 2 options for 3* in banff - banff hotel and banff boutique hotel. I am not sure which this is, it does not appear to be indicated on my confirmation email.
