I would like to stay at 250 or below. I prefer to stay 4* in New York, just because I've been burned by some 3* in the past up there. I knew it had to be something going on up there- the rates have been crazy!

Hi! We are headed to New York 9/12-9/15. I am having a horrible time trying to find a reasonable rate. We want to stay Grand Central/Times Sq/Midtown. I use Priceline or Hotwire every time I go up but everything is really high right now. Is something going on up there then? The cheapest I found was around $245, but most are in the $300+. Should I wait it out and keep trying or bite the bullet and do the higher rate? Usually when I go it's easy to get a 4* around $175.

Hi! Needing assistance identifying this hotel. My issue is there are four of us and we are needing two double beds in each room, which has been tricky trying to do on Priceline and Hotwire. (i know it would be difficult) There is a bed choice on a few of the Priceline Express. We are trying to stay minimum 4* in the Back Bay area. Any assistance would be great.
