Hello- looking for a hotel in NYC for 3 nights, 09/29 - 10/02. Preference would be midtown, Hell's Kitchen, possibly MSG areas. Not too fussy about star rating, but looking to pay about $135 USD per night. Any advice about bidding strategy or areas to concentrate on would be greatly appreciated. Prices seem to be a lot higher right now than previous trips! Thanks for any help.

Went with the 2.5* Got the Hotel Vetiver @ $101

I'm looking at Priceline Express Deals for a hotel in Long Island City area for 11/13/2015 - 11/16/2015. I see a 2* hotel at $89 (save 16%+) with free internet, free breakfast, business centre & bed choice. There is also a 2.5* hotel $101 (save 18%+) with a 8+ guest rating, free internet, business center, & bed choice. Best guess as to which hotels these might be? Trying to decide between the two. Thanks for any help.
