I've been bidding for the 4* - so far I've gone up to $140 with the free rebids and have not been successful. I plan to keep trying before settling on the 3*.

Please help identify Priceline Express Hotels: Sept 25-27, 2015 London Westminster - Houses of Parliament - Victoria 3 Star $127 Restaurant Free Internet or 4 Star $150 Business Center Restaurant Free Internet Fitness Center Rated 8.0 out of 10 (or higher) Existing posts make me guess that the 4 Star might be the Park Plaza Riverbank but I'm really interested in the 3 star because of budget but don't I see any reported 3 star wins. Any guesses?
