I am worried because resort fee doesn't match.. but hopefully it's there...!

I am trying to identify the ones that are suites so that i have a couch for the 3rd person sleeping and i can make a reservation now without knowing it advance. Or if it's a really good deal for us, we are willing to squeeze 3 girls in a king bed. I asked the question to learn if there is any other better way in my situation and or things like whether the hotel usually gives an extra bed or 2 queen beds room for 3 people. The money range doesn't matter much as long as it is cheaper than a original deal and good for the value (quality, location etc.). I listed $70 one as well because it was 5 star.
