Went through Savingsbarn.com 6/15/07-6/17/07 Bid in $5 increments from $55 to $65. 2 nights @ $65 + $28.18 in taxes and service fees. Total $158.18 Very nice hotel. Clean and quiet. Bed comfortable. Shower water pressure excellent! No pool. Staff friendly and helpful but are somewhat misleading on the underground parking. You must get your ticket validated at the front desk each time if you want in/out privileges @$15/day. Valet is $17, but not necessary at all. If you aren't concerned about in/out privileges, the parking is $11/day. Parking around the corner is $3/day.

**Update** Stayed at the hotel on Sept. 16th. The room and bathroom were very clean (a must for my wife). Beds were comfortable and the pools (an indoor and outdoor) were excellent. Hotel staff were friendly and informative. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, especially @ $35/night. Hotel is located right off I-75.

Based upon postings from other members as to a lowest acceptable bid, I submitted first bid of $35 per room for the (North-Sharonville) zone. Accepted on first try. Thanks to this site for an outstanding price. Hotel website listed this place for $79/night.
