several days attempts to get 3* and up hotel at manhattan and brooklyn didnt work for my days. I upped the price to 135 and still could not get it.
finally bit the bullet and got the Bestwestern PLus at brooklyn from PRICELINE EXPRESS. I prefer hotels with user review 7+ and 8+ adverstised on priceline Express.
