  1. Sorry for not following up, I saw on Hotwire a listing for a 3.5 in downtown West zone for $80 (now $79) a night that had Free Internet, smoke free rooms, fitness center, restaurants, business center and spa services it turned out to be the Radission Plaza Hotel Admiral Toronto-Harbourfront. Very happy with the award, glad to have lucked out into a good booking. Thank you all for your help!
  2. To provide an update, I changed my strategy and started focusing on 3.5 stars within the same zones starting at an opening bid of $80 and increasing by increments of $1. Just hit $85 with no results. Will continue bidding until I hit $90
  3. Thanks for getting back to me! I'm hoping to spend upwards (including taxes + fees) total of about $130. I feel like this will cap me at between $108-$110. I wonder if it would be worth it to maybe just shoot for a lower star level (either 3.5 or 3) and capture the value at a lower price. This is my first time really getting into bidding strategy so I want to see if its worth it to try and get the bang for my buck or try just going purely based on value
  4. Hey, first time user for the site. I'm looking to bid on a hotel for Toronto 6/12-6/13 and was looking for a bit of advice. I have been focusing my bids on 4*'s in the Downtown Southwest/Southeast and North areas. I started at $75 and gradually increased by $2 a time until $85 and then $1 at a time until I hit $100 with no hits. Wondering if I should keep going up or adjust my strategy for other star levels. Any assistance is appreciated.
