Cost summary: 1 night Hotwire Hot Rate Room@ $48.00/night $48.00 Tax recovery charges & fees $13.63 Subtotal $61.63 Hotwire Total $61.63 This hotel on the website had a $189 easy cancellation price and a $179 AAA rate. Taxes in Grand Rapids are 15%, so taxes would be $7.20 at $48, so the extra "fee" is $6.43 for Hot.wire.
