My apologies for never posting a follow-up on here for that New York trip. I just went ahead right now and did so. I ended up booking a reservation directly with a different hotel and didn't use Priceline. Though I totally understand the sense in making sure to follow up with whatever plans were made. It helps complete the post/topic. I'll make sure to respond accordingly on this topic thread when we make our eventual decision. And I sincerely appreciate your help with identifying the hotels. It's a HUGE help.

I didn't end up using PRICELINE because we needed to make sure we had a certain type of room and amenities because we were travelling with our kids. My wife and I are taking our two-year old daughter to New York and are looking to stay in the upper west side area. Found a Price.line deal for $148/night. Staying from June 28-July 3.
