I use bid on PRICELINE and I choose 4.5* hotels at midtown east. what hotel might be in this range? I'm not sure about the budget. Cause I saw a 4.5* hotel on the PRICELINE EXPRESS deal in $208 with 9+ rating, pet allowed, gym, business and restaurant. so my budget maybe low than that?
