What do you see that would lead you to guess Fairmont vs The Omni? Anything in particular. Not as good with hotwire as I am PL. Thanks
That price is gone now. Now its $115, this time I think its The Line. I will be booking something in this area soon so Ill keep you posted.
Thanks

Trying to figure out if this is the Hard Rock. However guest rating for HR is 8.0. Could it be Grand Velas even though it rarely shows up in regular search.
It was the Delano for your records. Thanks for the guidance

Any ideas or thoughts? Thanks in advance
Thanks for quick reply. Im leaning toward the Cosmopolitan as last resort PRICELINE EXPRESS deal but going to bid on Northeast 5* . I bid on it a cpl of nights ago starting at 92/night up to 108/night with no luck. Wife really wants the venetian/Pallazzo set up with living room as we will have kids in tow.
Where are you seeing the Bellagio for $141? Ive seen you post this before so I was just curious. However it turns out I will keep you posted as to which way I go and provide feedback. Thanks again
Could you help identify 5* NE strip. Exp deal 124/night

Based on the discount percentage I suspect this is the Wynn. Years ago I bid on this zone and got Pallazzo for 99/night. I see other threads where you suggest its the Venetian. But the math doesnt add up.. Any insight would be great. I would only do this deal if it was either the Vene or Pallazo.
Otherwise 5 * Central west Exp deal for 99/night seams like a better option. (Cosmopolitan) What are your thoughts?
El Cheapo
I dont see the deal for 4.5* for $116. Dont even see a 4.5 * in the cabo san lucas east section. Am I missing something?

Why do you think this priceline exp deal is the Hyatt Ziva vs Barcelo El faro?
Probably not worth the risk. We really want the Hyatt Ziva. Why do you think this priceline exp deal is the Hyatt Ziva vs Barcelo El faro? I noticed hotwire has a similar deal for $195 fror the same dates.. Any insight to that deal?
I thought so as well it might be the Hyatt. I can do NYOP as they offer an AI for this zone. What do you suggest I start bidding at?
Cabo San Lucas Travel dates 6/9-6/14/2016 San Jose Del Cabo 4.5 * express deal (8.0rating) $194/night.
I think ive narrowed it down to 3 hotels that are All inclusive in this zone that are 4* and above. Hyatt Ziva, Barcelo El faro, and Secrets Puerto Los cabos
Any ideas what this one might be?
Any insight to what property it was. Im looking for the same thing in Xpu-Ha. Thanks
Elcheapo
No wrist bands needed for this property. i suggest also if you have multiple days using the sister property (which does require wrist bands) as the facility is much cleaner and less crowed. Pick up wrist bands at the kiosk in lobby.
I live in Austin and have been using PRICELINE nyop for the Hyatt Hill Country for 10 years now. From Sept-Dec it goes for $68 plusthe resort fee they get you for. For summer rates its a little more $110-120. I just placed bid for next week 7/14-7/16 at $89 which was declined. Anyway. It is currently the only 4* in the area. The only other hotel in area is the Hilton which has been listed as 3.5* for years now.
Kathy keep us posted on what you are doing. thereuare, do you have any idea about the 4.5* hotel South Akumal-tulum area on express deals? I had said it might either be Dreams Tulum or Hardrock in an earlier post. After further investigation Dreams Tulum is only a 4* according to priceline. Other than the Hard Rock what else could it be?
Kathy,
I have been doing alot of due diligence as I am looking for a 4-4.5* in playa del carmen/South Akumal-Tulum as well, only for 12/12-12/19. So here is what I discovered in my search. On PRICELINE EXPRESS deal, its probably the RIU Palace or RIU Riviera Maya palace based on better bidding. For my dates it quotes $115 on express deal. For your dates its $99. Lots of nice 4* in the Playa del carmen area. If its not these 2 then you will get something similar, nice no matter what. Im leaning toward the 4.5 star South Akumal-Tulum zone which is probably either the Hard Rock or Dreams Tulum and for my dates it goes for $252 on express deals. For your dates it shows $299. Strange how the price is flopped. but anyway.. Also this South Akumal-Tulum Zone is the only one you can bid on a 4.5* and be guranteed an all-inclusive. So perhaps we could even get it lower by bidding. Please keep us posted if you pull the trigger. Ill do the same.
Micah
Went ahead and pulled the trigger as I didnt expect prices to get much lower than this. Thanks for all the help. It was the Venetian.
I was looking at express deal for 6/9/15-6/12 5* North strip. Amenities include indoor/outdoor pool, casino, restaurant, fitness center , free parking, business center. Rated 8/10 $109/night.
I believe its the Palazzo or Venetian. What do you think? Also when you book the room the resort fee is not mentioned on the final page. Ive noticed that all the other hotels in the zones similar to these properties include the resort fees in final price. Any help would be appreciated. Not sold on North Zone yet but willing to do the South if you think that is a better deal. Thanks
