Made a rookie error and glanced quickly at amenities for 4.5 star water tower. Listed amenities were: free internet, fitness centre, restaurant(s), business centre, internet access. Didn't even think to question that yesterday it said "boutique" but not today. Ended up with Hyatt. Had really hoped for Thompson. Hoping that it will be a great experience regardless. If you have restaurant suggestions for the area - mid range price - girls are excited to try chicago pizza- any local favourites?

I am wondering if I should just spend the little extra and go with the 4.5 star - want something a little more special as it a mini grad trip for the girls. Any other restaurant suggestions would be welcomed! The girls are 17-18, is Second City an ok idea or is it too mature? Do you think we need transit passes or are most sights within walking distance?
