thanks for the response! Ideally under 150. I don't mind a 3.5 if its a good locations and hotel. I just saw a lot of people with success for 4* so i went with that as a starting point.

Tried a 4 star in Milennium Park and North Michigan ave for bids at 80 and 90 both were not accepted any tips? I want to say in the city, not sure about the area. Any help is much appreciated - thanks!
