Hi, any help appreciated identifying this Midtown East area "hot rate boutique hotel". Priced £122/night (sorry, am in the UK...), 3.5/5 on TripAdvisor, Amenities: business centre, pet-friendly, laundry, fitness centre, restaurant, internet and spa. Am weighing this up against another 4* in the Empire State Building area, £132/night, with 4.5/5 on TripAdvisor. That one has similar amenities: business centre, pet-friendly, smoke-free rooms, fitness centre, laundry, internet and restaurant. Let me know if you need any other info? Many thanks! Lisa
