Hey I am trying to figure the best deal. NYC Dec 5-7th Midtown East, 4 stars. Priceline express is showing 299/night?

Any Idea what hotel it could possibly be. It seems like an okay deal, but I am wondering if I did bidding could I get my rate as low as 200-220 a night or lower?

Also, what hotel do you think the 299 express deal maybe?
