  1. Started with $80 and got it accepted. I wonder if it would have accepted a lower bid.
  2. I did some brief research. DC hotels are priced lower in summer and winter months than other months. The peak is obviously the end of March to April. I'm postponing the trip to June. Thank you for all your help!
  3. Thank you for the help! I added Capitol Hill and Crystal City and bid for three start and $90/night. It didn't take, but Priceline suggested a $141 bid for the same zones and stars. I'm not sure I want to go up to $141/night just yet. I could postpone the travel to summer. Is summer a better choice for DC hotels? Thanks.
  4. Washington DC March 11-16 3 start and above downtown, downtown - white house, convention center and Georgetown - Foggy Bottom. <= $100/night I have tried $80 a night for 3.5 stars and failed. Please help me set a good bidding plan. Thank you.
  5. You are right that the 2.5* is Holiday Inn Express Garden Grove. I clicked the PRICELINE.com link from betterbidding and booked the express deal of a 2.5* for $72/night. Thank you for the help!
  6. I am trying to book for 12/6-12/10. Princeline has $72 for a 2.5* Express Deal. Indoor/Outdoor Pool, fitness center, free parking, free breakfast, free internet, business center. Which hotel? I need to be able to walk to Disneyland. Do I get a better chance for a walking distance hotel, if I go up to 3* ($100) or 3.5* ($133)? Thanks!
