Help Identify 4* North Michigan Ave - River North Area Hotel 9/25-9/29 Priceline express deal, -Amenities: Free Internet Swimming Pool Fitness Center Restaurant Business Center 8+ guest rating. Current rate about $179 Wanting to see our beloved Royals play the Cubs at Wrigley. Might even stay an extra night to see the Royals take on the White Socks the next day. I think this is the W' hotel. Seems we might be able to get a slightly better rate bidding.
After some additional research, I think this is the Tuscana Resort. It says there is a cleaning fee for stays <5 days. Wonder if that is included in the $12.95 resort fee or addtl.Seems like a great bargain for 3 bdrm. Not sure where HW gets the $11.95 resort fee unless there is a mark-up. Cleaning fee, if this is truely the resort is a bit steep for 4 night stay. Regular rate according to HW appears to be 95. If this is Tuscany Resort, it appears they have a 3.5 rating on TA yet have the review feed turned off on HW due to some recent negative reviews. "A daily amenity fee of USD7.00/nt + taxes will apply. Stays less than 5nts subject to cleaning fee-$50.85(1&2Bdrms) $62.15(3Bdrm). As of 2015, all reservations are subject to cleaning fee.

Trying to identify the hotel listed on Hotwire. It is 4 out of 5 on trip advisor. Lake Buena Vista - Downtown Disney area. After several failed attempts for a 3.5* hotel at $52 and $55 and messages saying unless I added additional areas or *s to my search (or I would have to wait 24 hours to try my bid again) I decided to drop my *s to a 3* or above rating. Was looking for hotels on Sun 10/19 staying into Mon, 10/20.14 and had seen others have had success with 3* Holiday Inn hotel in this area. The 3* hotel was going for $59 on hotwire secret hotels and $107.40 per night through the hotel. The 3.5* I was seeking was currently going for $74 under the Priceline secret deals ( this was the Crowne Plaza and we stayed there last time we were in town). Total cost was $52 room + $16 tax = $68, for Holiday Inn and was much less still than what I could have gotten a 3.5* for before taxes.
