Started yesterday with a bid of $50 for a 3.5 or 4 star room. We were denied, and asked to add $22 to our bid, but we decided not to. I checked back today, 24 hours later, and the window still hadn't gone away for me to just bid higher, so I changed the star level to 3, and the bid to $67. After a few agonizing minutes of the window loading (it really is akin to gambling!) Success!! Holiday Inn Anaheim Resort accepted our bid! We are over the moon, as it will accommodate my small family and has a pool and FREE parking! BINGO! Can't wait to set off to our trip in just a few short days! Now to pack! :)
