Hi, I would like a room at a 4* (or higher) hotel in NYC. Dates: Nov. 24-28/2014 Areas: TS-TD (Times Square) or MTW (Midtown West) Max. Budget: $200 per night This is my first time bidding on Priceline. I would appreciate any advise on a suitable bidding strategy. Thank you!
