Hi, Staying outside the city and travelling would be an option if the travel is easy and area is safe to stay. I have noticed travelling by subway or ferry is fast and convenient (budget wise) I was looking for hotels in Staten island where ferry is very accessible and shouldn't be too much walking from the ferry station, didnt find any hotels nearby. Can you advice on any other areas? Thanks, Mandu

Hi, I am trying to get a room for 2 on 17th, 18th, checkout 19th Sep 14. Areas interested CPS, Chelsea area, Downtown-FD, Empire SBA, Hell's kitchen, MSG, Midtown E and W, Soho- Tri, Times square-theater. I and a friend of mine are coming for a get together and I have been bidding last few days on Priceline.com. I have bid starting from $111, 118, 126, 140 with a star 3* and above hotels in the above areas. Our budget is max $140 per day. Please help Regards, Mandu
