Started bidding at 38, and inched up by $2 increments (adding a new area each time) until I hit $44. The Airport area is not my first choice, but it's fairly convenient and I knew I'd have a good chance getting a good deal there. Very pleased that I scored the Courtyard by Marriott...excellent reviews on TripAdvisor.
