Any advise how to get a 4* hotel in Embarcadero/Financial District from 10/10-14 (4 nights) for around $120~130 per night? I've been tried bidding up to $125 already for the financial district and were unsuccessful. Or should I take another region for consideration e.q. Union Square East - Nob Hill and Fisherman's Wharf. Thank you!
