There's a PRICELINE EXPRESS Deal on Priceline with the following information. Which hotel would this one be? 4 Star Hotel in Empire State Building Area for $196/night Guaranteed Amenities: Pets Allowed Restaurant Fitness Center Free Internet Business Center

3.5* Financial District SoHo Empire State Madison Square Midtown East Time Square I would say the maximum I would pay is $200 USD. Hopefully I can get something less than that

When you mean less convenient do you mean it is not close to the subway? Would those hotels be walking distance? If so then staying downtown wouldn't be an issue. Now the issue is what is the best re-bidding process for NY Financial District?
