Found a 3.5 star on Hot.wire in the Lower East Side, 95% recommended. It has the following amenities: Pet Friendly Fitness Center Restaurant Business Center Trying to id this hotel. There's not a 3.5 listed on the current Hotwire list. Any ideas? Thanks for your help!
